Product Description
Our Basalt Fiber Needled Mat is made of 100% basalt glass fibers with a temperature resistance of up to 982°C (1800°F) and a continuous operating temperature of 760°C (1400°F). It is mechanically bonded by a needle-punching process using precise chopped fiber lengths without additional adhesives. Numerous small holes are formed in the fiber mats, giving the product extremely high thermal insulation properties. At the same time, basalt fibers are resistant to high temperatures and have good electrical insulation properties, as well as highly efficient thermal insulation and excellent sound absorption in different applications.
