Basalt fiber winding reinforced PE pipe production process

(1) Mixing (mixer)
According to the demand of the product, PE pellets and color masterbatches are fed together, weighed proportionally, put in manually, and automatically stirred and mixed evenly in the mixing machine. After mixing evenly, it is automatically fed into the extruder.
(2) Heating and melting, core pipe extrusion molding (1# extruder)
The extruder adopts electric heating to heat and melt the raw materials, and the PE heating temperature is about 180~230℃, and the material is extruded and molded into PE pipe through the mouth of the die by the extruding and pushing effect of the rotating screw.
(3) Cooling and molding
The workpiece coming out of the extruder outlet enters the shaping table of the cooling spray system for cooling and shaping, adopting the direct cooling method.
(4) Intermediate layer Basalt Fiber winding (high-speed automatic rewinding machine)
A high-speed automatic rewinding machine is loaded with basalt fibers, which are automatically wrapped around the cooled PE core pipe through the traction of the rewinding machine, and finally, 1 layer of basalt fibers is wrapped around the outer layer of the core pipe.
(5) Resin bonding
Put the granular bonding resin into a 2# extruder, after melting, automatically apply a layer of bonding agent evenly on the core pipe wrapped with basalt fiber, to make the basalt fiber more firmly bonded to the inner core pipe and the surface layer of the pipe.
(6) Surface layer extrusion molding
The PE granules and masterbatches mixed evenly in the mixer are fed into the 3# extruder, which is electrically heated to heat and melt the raw materials, and then the materials are extruded and molded through the die opening by the extrusion and pushing effect of the rotating screw to cover a layer of PE surface layer on the core pipe wrapped with basalt fiber.
(7) Cooling and molding
The workpiece out of the extruder enters into the cooling spraying system of the shaping table, the shaping table is a closed water tank, the upper and lower ends are installed with spraying head, and the pipe from the extruder out of the closed spraying water tank for cooling and shaping.
(8) Surface layer marking
The PE granules and masterbatches mixed evenly in the mixer are sent to a 4# extruder, which adopts electric heating to heat and melt the raw materials, and then mark 1 blue ray on the basalt fiber composite PE pipe (marking the use of the water pipe) through the extrusion and promotion of screw rotation, and the process adopts the fan air-cooling method to cool down and set the shape.
(9) fixed length cutting (traction machine, cutting machine)
Cutting by traction cutting machine, cutting machine using blade cutting (one cut), using cold cutting process.
(10) Quality inspection, storage of finished products, sale
After inspection, the finished products will be stockpiled and stored for sale.
